I'm also really short (less than 5' tall). Will I be able to adjust the back and neck rests?

You can usually find lots of similar products on Amazon for around the same price. You'll pay more when you get something like an X Rocker, or one with speakers built-in. Probably nothing wrong with this one though if you want a red one.

I'm really short (<5' tall) and after looking at your recommendation, that one wouldn't suit me because of the seat's dimensions. In fact, nearly all of what I found on Amazon wouldn't fit me. Gotta say, it sucks being short!

There are a lot of them out there. I'm sure most are adjustable.

Adjustability is only for the chair height, tilt angle, and sometimes arm rests. It's rare for the seat dimensions itself. If it's too big, you feel like a child sitting in a very large chair.

You could always add side and/or back cushions. Probably would be more comfortable too. Not saying you need it, but those orthopedic chair backrests are comfortable. I have one that I use just because it helps with posture and adds extra cushion.

I wish it were that simple. I have had to sit at the front of a chair because the seat depth was longer than my buttock-popliteal length. It goes against all the ergonomical benefits of sitting in a properly, fitted chair.

Ordered the 2 of the black ones since they were BOGO. I hope @ $100 each they're legit! I also have no ordered from Aosom before so I hope they are legit in general. Paid with Paypal to be secure. Thanks OP

Sure, I sit at the front of my chair because my dogs like to jump behind me and take up 3/4 of my chair. Life happens. Smilie

Hope you find something that works for you.
