Amazon Fire Tablet with good external microphone and speakers?

Is it easy to connect external USB microphone and speakers to the Amazon fire tablet.
While still leaving it charged?

I want to have an Amazon Fire Tablet plugged into the wall at all times for my grandparents.
So the microusb plug will be charging all the time.
Then I would like to have external microphone and speakers attached. I suspect hardwire is
better than bluetooth. Since you can see it is plugged in.

So can I get an adapter where the Amazon Fire Tablet is charging all the time, and have good external USB microphone and Speakers connected?

Thanks!

A TRRS headphone jack has stereo audio out and a line/mic input. This would be much easier than trying to rig up some sort of USB OTG set up for a microphone (I don't think I've ever heard of someone doing this, but that doesn't mean it isn't possible).

How's their hearing? Do they have hearing aids?

We the People of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

Why do conservative politicians oppose conservation?

Check out the Lenovo M10. It is a very good Android tablet with Alexa and Echo Show Mode plus an included charging dock with Dolby Atmos speakers. I've been using one as a speakerphone and none of my callers have noticed that it isn't my Pixel 3 XL.
