This is SD dude. Not an inventory checking site.

Didn't know how powerful these were. Intel needs to step it up.

what sucks is I have had it since the first week of release and haven't built anything yet because 1. I was going through work on the home, 2. can't decide whether or not to get the gigabyte x570 I or wait for asus itx one and hope asus adds ability to turn chipset fan off, or not even get itx at all, 3. they keep not having fractal cases on sale anywhere.

I have the same problem trying to decide whether to get the x570 or the x470

I built with a 3700x and x470 and it was a disaster. 3700x idled at 55 degrees and was constantly reving up. None of the AMD settings in Windows helped. It also wouldnt run at full speed and was getting over 85 degrees with a stock cooler under load. Tried another cooler but it only helped a few degrees. I'm sure these are bugs that will get worked out with bios updates, but I didn't feel like paying to be an AMD beta tester and returned it.

Hopefully the 3900X is a more stable processor. I wish I had gone with an x570 board. It might have worked better.

This is why I have stayed away from AMD. Intel just works for me. Back in the Athlon days, AMD just kept letting me down.
