Shill post?
Hi SlickDemigod Smilie delz4stelz is a long-standing member of Slickdeals that has contributed many great posts to our community going back to 2010 from a variety of sources and categories. See all of their contributed threads here. Slickdeals does not have any reason to assume that they are a shill or that this is a shilled post. Hope this helps Smilie

A wolf in sheep's clothing? Cloak and dagger maybe?

Can you verify the same people are not TUing the OP's last 3 Alienware post?

That would confirm...or deny, my suspicion!

I ask only because all these "subpar" Alienware deals are somehow miraculously instantly "Front page" worthy and clogging up my feed.

If you are currently seeing this thread on the Front Page (it isn't as of this or any of the earlier posts), then it could be due to your custom user settings. Please see this post and this post for an explanation of how Popular Deals can show on a user's personalized Front Page based on their custom user settings (and how to enable/disable certain categories; this is manually controlled by the end user). In addition, members are always welcome to thumb down any threads they do not personally feel are good deals. Hope this helps Smilie

Shouldn't be any issues with regard to this line, it actually has a robust cooling system for the processor and GPU.

XPS isn't bad, but it really doesn't have a good way to breath, so alot of tweeks are needed if you plan to game on it daily. (over all that's not the intend use for the device, but it can function as a gaming laptop if needed)

I actually specced this same one out with code yesterday for a friend. I thought it was a heck of a deal but didn't share. Pretty incredible setup for the money. All laptops have some degree of thermal issues if gaming. Just need an undervolt

It needs 1 under volt 2 repasts 3 underclock. You can google the issues on m15, that's why dell discontinue it in less than a year. This model was selling for $1,800+ a year ago
