Anyone able to put an order through? I've been getting this error message.

"Your order could not be submitted. Please review your payment settings and try again. Thank you for your patience!"

Tried 3 different credit cards, and Paypal. It went through on the Paypal side, but not the Columbia side. Similarly, at least one of the cards, Capital One, alerted me that it approved the transaction. The wife could not do it either with hers. This is odd.
