Did you accidentally put together a system without noticing that your build didn't have any integrated graphics? Do you need more than console access, but have no plan to do any serious gaming? Maybe you like to watch youtube videos and occasionally edit a photo? This may be the card for you!

Joking aside, you could probably do some light gaming on this card, but you will be struggling at low settings in modern games. This fan-less unit is likely designed for a HTPC or stealth build. Also only a 64-bit bus, not surprising at this level - I don't know that anyone makes a 128-bit GT1030 TBH, so take that for what it's worth. 1050s are 92 or 128bit and a 1060's GDDR5 is 192-bit - that's 3x the memory bandwidth. It's not 3x performance necessarily, but this thing will be noticeably slower than your typical 10-series card.

Shouldn't this thing be more like $25 to legitimately call it a SD?

This would be ok to put in busines SFF PC that Hp, Dell, lenovo,.. sells. It allows for light gaming or HD video. They dont use much power so the crappy proprietary PSU can support these rather than the 1050 or 1060

For that price - $75 with tax - I want a Display Port (DP) instead of the DVI port; a fan on the heatsink instead of a chunky heatsink that blocks my access to the next slot.
