Sorry, but this looks like a push (sponsored/paid) deal for a 6th gen board that is a open box with fake TUs.

The thin mini ITX boards while they were a good idea have been discontinued and adds nothing to any available cases, hardly any that can take only thin mini itx. The latest for 8th gen was the 310tm which was sold for around $80 because these are pretty minimal cards meant for set top box, thin clent, etc., applications.

Yeah, I was able to pick up a few of these on E-Bay new in box for 55 with free shipping. Although one of the Ethernet ports are realtek I use them for pfsense builds and other appliances, they work great. 6th Gen processors are generally cheaper. Yeah, I wouldn't expect anyone to build a gaming rig with this.

Not really a very good reason to buy this unless you already have a 6th gen CPU or a 7th gen with access to a 6th gen for updating the BIOS
