This is super-cheap as far as automatic watches go. Even though Frederique Constant is owned by Citizen [watch-wiki.net], it still is a reputable Swiss brand (Citizen also owns high-end brands like Arnold & Son and Angelus and low-end brands like Alpina). The only concern I have is that WM screwed up their inventory somehow and will ship the quartz version instead.

Here is some research on this model:
This watch uses the FC-303 [frederiqueconstant.com] automatic calibre which accorindg to this site [calibercorner.com]is based on Selitta SW200-1 movement. Not bad for $345 (although I was able to snag the Tissot with ETA7750 for the same price earlier on today).

If you're wearing it to work rather than having it as a sports watch the movement on this is much thinner than a 7750. The 7750 watch I have is too thick for some of my dress shirt sleeves

what happened to see-through back? That was such a nice feature, where you could see the movement.

I bought this exact same watch from an Amazon Marketplace Seller on Prime Day, for slightly less ($327).

It is automatic. It looks great, and has the level of fit and finish you would expect of a premium Citizen group product. I haven't messed around with the E-strap, and honestly, I bought it because I thought it was a good deal for a good looking watch, even without the E-strap, and the E-strap was just a bonus.

AMA.

I must have missed that. What was the Tissot deal?

You did not miss the deal with Tissot. It was never mentioned here.
