I've excluded OS from this build as lot of people suggested that they will save $60 and buy it at far cheaper price from other sites.

SPEC:
  • iBUYPOWER Trace 2 Tempered Glass RGB Gaming Case
  • Ryzen 7 2700X 3.7 GHz (4.3 GHz Turbo, 20MB L3 Cache)
  • iBuypower 120mm RGB Liquid Cooler
  • 16GB (8GBx2) ADATA XPG SPECTRIX D41 3200 MHz RGB DDR4
  • ASUS TUF X470-PLUS GAMING RGB Motherboard
  • 500GB WD Blue SATA III SSD
  • Radeon 5700 XT 8GB GDDR6 Graphics
  • 600W Thermaltake Smart 80 Plus Gold PSU
  • iBuypower Gaming Keyboard + RGB Gaming Mouse
Free Item:
Get Xbox Game Pass for PC Game Bundle - w/ Purchase of AMD Graphics or AMD Processors

In case you want it mainly for gaming, you can choose Ryzen 5 3600 and save another $42 bucks. Ryzen 3600 with this 120mm Liquid Cooling will perform same as 3600X. m
If you purchase something through a post on our site, Slickdeals may get a small share of the sale.

There are plenty of configuration available to play with. And one thing, you can choose 3600, a X570 motherboard, 240mm cooler by paying extra $10 and if the price goes over $999, use the coupon code 5% Off IBPINVITE to reduce the price further.

Using code IBPINVITE I upgraded to the 3700X and tweaked a couple things to my preference (case, lighting etc) and it came out to $988
Way cheaper than I could ever build it for. Now I'm just contemplating whether or not I should actually pull the trigger.

not bad really... the ryzen 3600 for less should definitely be in the mix.... and for $49 to go to a 2060 super msi Ventus while having less performance than the 5700xt you wont have to deal with all the negatives of the blower card which has had pretty poor reviews

You should. But choose that WArranty with 1 year free return shipping by paying $19 extra. It will cover the return shipping in case of any issues.

Choose a slightly better motherboard.
Don't get the Wi-Fi Card from them, the cost is way higher. You can get a similar Intel 9560 Gigabit WiFi Card from Amazon at $20.
the 5% Coupon code is IBPINVITE which will work once you cross $999.

First, Thanks so much Suryasis! I updated the motherboard like you suggested, but I kept the network card. They overcharge by $17, but I'd rather pay it so I don't have to make ANY modifications or additions.

Second, here are my updated specs and prices (I also edited this in my first post):

AMD Ryzen 7 BTS Special
Case :: iBUYPOWER Trace 2 Tempered Glass RGB Gaming Case
Processor :: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 Processor (6x 3.6HZ/32MB L3 Cache)

Warranty :: 3 Year Standard Warranty + 1 Year Return Ground Shipping Coverage (US ONLY)

Price before discount - $1,038
Price after 5% off - $987.05

I have been researching rigs for about two weeks. This actually seems really really good based on other recent deals. Am I right about that?

I'd replace that AIO with Enermax Air cooler (won't be noticeably hotter and won't leak for sure) and add some Fans because one fan for the case is probably not enough. You need two for intake and one for exhaust since the GPU is blower style
