That's good and all, but that's not the normal SD format. It's misleading. Plus, something isn't technically free if it requires a purchase.

The gift card is free. The $12 you spent, you spent on other things. Those are what cost money. The gift card? You're not paying for that. Thus, free.

I just wanna clarify that I didn't write free. SD did it when they made my thread FP. I also agree that it shouldn't say free.

Just to clarify in regards to the original Frontpage title wording for this offer. Since this is a broad / generic offer (Buy 4 Suave Products, Get a $5 Target Gift Card), the title wording was intended to make it known that it applied to a number of different products. However, it's been updated to reflect a single product offer with a price. Apologies for any misunderstanding or confusion the original title may have caused.

You'd be better off washing your hair with Tide.

Some truth in that. Several years ago I heard a radio interview with a chemist who resigned from a corporate division that made shampoo. He said that all shampoo is a mixture of detergent, oil, fragrance and water. Personally, he just used laundry detergent.

And conversely, if you find yourself in an Airbnb without laundry detergent, shampoo works a treat!

The best shampoos are sulfate free. Not as much lather but they clean just as well. The sheople generally don't care though. They want shampoos that smell like fruit and nirvana mixed.
