I want this but all I have to do is open my kitchen cabinets and see all the other "gadgets" I have bought over the years because I loved the idea of it and have every intention of using it every weekend. Ultimately used it every night for maybe 5 nights, then maybe once a month for 3 months and then put it away, never to see the light of day again. Someday when I die my kids will put these things out at an "estate" sale to pass on to some other sucker---err I mean the next person who dreams of being wowed by the awesomeness of the gadget.

Is this one of those things that sounds cool that you would use to make multiple things but then you end up never even using it because it's a waste to use just one

I've had one for a few years. I love it. Sometimes I make chili in mild, hot, and fire.

I think that the use case scenario for this product varies widely. I have something just like this and when I used to do a lot of entertaining, I used it frequently. However, now I am very busy with other things and so it is rarely used. That being said, I think more purposeful discussion would be regarding the quality of the item, rather than trying to project how often others will use it...

I had one of these for years. I actually found it really useful to make several parts of dinner at once. Chicken thighs in one, then veggies and maybe an apple pie in the last. You get the convenience of a slow cooker without having everything taste the same. Used it for parties, too.

It kind of strikes to the core of the Slickdeals sickness we all share, 😂

A buddy of mine who hosts poker parties has one of these, and it's pretty cool for keeping things nice and warm throughout the night, while not needing any supervision. Obviously it's not very practical for daily use, but for small to medium size parties it's great

That said I'm not going to get one as it just wouldn't get enough use, and even know it's not that expensive it does take up a fair amount of space just sitting in a cabinet. But if you throw parties or do a lot of family events it is pretty cool
