Doesn't seem like that great of a buy considering the last 3 weeks they have had tide, arm n hammer and purex in the same size much cheaper.

If you don't care about what detergent you use then yes you can find a generic product cheaper. But the Gain 100oz usually run $9.99-$11.99.

Not an expert on detergent, but others were claiming of the low quality of those brands versus tide and gain (not tide in the yellow bottle). That being said, in for one. Thanks OP

Yes, anyone have a link to rankings? Tide red is pretty expensive, and I thought yellow was a deal until I found out it didn't clean as well (according to reviews).

Also, what if you put more in? I usually use 1/2 to 3/4 of the cup. Granted this negates some savings but...

Walgreens ordering systems is terrible. But I've received a few free orders after they took too long to arrive. I ONLY come to Walgreens for deals like these and FREE photo prints. LOL. Not spending another red penny on Walgreens.

Not OP, but I did see a $3 off coupon on a 12pk of TIDE Pods. Didn't see any $2 or $3 coupon on the 40oz TIDE detergents though.
