Since they only take 90 minutes to charge, it seems like you could fly in perpetuity with only 4 unless you are out in the wilderness somewhere!

I get probably 10 hours flight time on a single controller recharge

I have 6 batteries and a portable battery bank for the mavic 2 batteries. But I've flown in areas where I'm not near civilization and had to either hike or ride a motorcycle to get to, so even having a car charger wouldn't help. So for me, having 6 batteries and a portable charger that can recharge 3-4 more batteries, come in pretty handy. Let's me fly and explore for pretty much all day without having to go back for a recharge. Smilie I've found having a lot of batteries are great for weekend camping excursions too.

As for the remote battery not lasting through all those drone batteries, I also carry 2 phone power banks and I leave 1 plugged into my smart controller so it stays charged the whole time.

Great deal! Bought 2 even though I already have 4. Oh well, figure if I have too many, I could always resell
