Idk man. If Jackie Chan was in a warehouse filled with random things he probably have a good shot.

I'm not saying this is a bad post, but...

It's not like movies in the 80s were filmed on VHS. Old movies can be remastered from the original film stock into 4K or better resolution. See the Apollo 11 documentary that includes 50-yr old 65mm footage.

BTW, these are more expensive to rent[/i[ than to buy!

You're discounting the fact that all 3 of those guys were trained martial artists, wushu champions and so on.

I am not saying this is a bad deal. These are movies from nineties and eighties and back then no HD. Most of these you can watch it on YouTube for free.

Branching off in conversation (and probably causing an avalanche of responses) - I wonder how Hollywood actors like Jet Li, Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan would fare against MMA fighters and boxers. My guess is, not very well.

Bruh. That's like comparing a trained shooter in the military vs a civilian who goes to a range. Give them a few months of training and they'd probably excel at it though.

Bruce Lee introduced the concept of MMA, which is demonstrated in the opening sequence to Enter the Dragon. It looks exactly like modern MMA right down the gloves, speedos, and submission holds - I think he would be a strong match for people in his weight class. Jackie Chan worked with Bruce Lee, but after seeing one of his documentaries I don't think Chan would do well because he trains to miss. He is very tough though; the man filmed sequences in Rumble in the Bronx with a broken leg. Jet Li would get destroyed. He had Tito Ortiz in one of his movies, and the combat between Li and Ortiz looked incredibly fake - no way a small man like Li could arm-bar Ortiz, or sweep Randy Couture:

Well one they're actors. I am sure if they trained UFC and dedicated their lives to it they could probably do respectable. But who knows they were far more successful and made gobs more money than any UFC fighter ever has, so they have zero reason to get their heads bashed in for pennies and a few Reebok coupons.

Only Bruce Lee and Jet Li. Jackie Chan is only good at knocking up actresses.
