Not the newest version, but I was able to stack 10% off and a utility company 50 dollar rebate on top of that in Wisconsin. Not all stores have the $139.30, most are at $199.00. YMMV, good luck.

Comes with built-in Alexa voice service so you can ask your ecobee to set a timer, read you the news, adjust the temperature, and more - with far-field voice technology your ecobee4 can hear you from across the room

Room sensors help manage hot and cold spots in your home, delivering comfort to the rooms that matter most

no hoops and a count of 2 unites and 2 room sensors are 299 on Home Depot right now. Still can use the rebate.

Good find OP.

Great deal and great timing. I was literally just thinking about how I could get 1 for 150 (half the home depot deal, I only need one). This, combined with the 20 off coupon (you can buy them on ebay for 1 dollar), ended up being 119. Also just got the 200 gift card deal for 180 (plus samsung cash back at 28.80) so if you really think about it, only paid 89.25 for this. Bought in zip 07002, there were still 7 left.

I think if you have alexa, the ecobee is better if you use google home then the nest. Both are great product from what I understand

I have two nest thermostats, 10 nest protects, and the Nest hello. Just sold our house and the buyer wanted the thermostats. (I took the hello and switched out the protects before we listed the house). I think I am going to try ecobee this time. Might even try the ring doorbell too. The nest were fine, but ecobee will play nicer with more services, including SmartThings which we use heavily.

I used to have Ecobees at my old house and loved them (also I have Google home and Alexa) now I have 2 nests that were in my new house when purchased it. I have to say everything about Ecobee is better. From sensor expansion to algorithms used to integration to smart homes.... Etc.

Definitely ecobee. Had two nests before but switched last year. Ecobee is much easier to use and is compatible with apple homekit, Alexa and Google. Plus i really like the ecobee Apple watch app.

Have an ecobee3 with 4 sensors, it's great and has lowered my kw used. I imagine the 4 would be just as good if not better.

Edit:bad info here

If you use the lowes app, you get the 139 price. You wont get the 139 price on the website. Download the lowes app and purchase through there for in store pickup or maybe ship to store. But the lower price only reflects in the app not the web page.

I think the only difference is the built in Alexa.
