I have this monitor, as a secondary screen to my main gaming monitor - Acer XB271HU. I'm happy to report that with a DP cable, this monitor will do 75hz. The bezel matches perfectly with my primary gamin monitor (XB271HU) and its a great second monitor for productivity.

After switching to 144hz I can't see myself ever going back to 60hz. Good deal though if you're not gaming.

I bought 2 27 ips 60hz monitors last year, wish I was more informed when buying them. Never buy anything under 144hz again

Everytime someone posts a good deal on an office monitor you can always cue the Call-of-Poopy kids "I can't use this for games because my mom said so"

So lame.

Thumbs up to the original poster.

Great deal.

This is an awesome price for a 27" 1440p IPS, plus it has height adjustment.

Yes, 144hz would be nice even for non-gaming use, but by no means necessary.

It will do 75hz but will no longer do freesync. If you look through the old reviews it says people were getting freesync to work. About a year ago there's a cut off where the new batches stopped supporting freesync. I can confirm that after I bought one in December last year. I tried everything to get freesync to work and no luck.
