While it has freesync the Response time IMO is slow at 5MS
The refresh rate is 75

So I wouldnt say its the greatest but its a good bang for your buck at this price, I may buy one just for work

---EDIT---
This is also flat panel not curved if that means anything to anyone

Any ips panel will have slow response times. it doesn't make it a bad gaming monitor. it's got its pros and cons.

The best but version of this the 600-p has been as low as $220 and goes on sale every couple of months. It's the same thing as this one and no real difference. I owned it and it's not too great for pixel density at 34".

That being said, of you might look for the best but version with Google Express for $200 when it's on sale

Agreed, $285 is a little much for 1080. Thought this was the 1440 version..

34in with 1080p? no thanks
You might want to mention that it's NOT "34-inch 1080p" it's "34in ultrawide" before you provide a blanket statement. It is NOT 1920x1080 it is 2560x1080
