Five cooking functions let you apply different culinary techniques, and the air fryer mode uses powerful convection heating to deliver even, crisp results. Fit a 12" pizza into its large-capacity interior, and work flexibly by using the three rack positions of this Black & Decker toaster oven.

We own this toaster. It sucks.

There is no way to put a timer on the toast function.

The temperature is inconsistent compared to our home oven.

It's not digital so putting it for a specific time is hard. (time does work on oven, just not toast.)

Description says "the air fryer mode uses powerful convection heating to deliver even, crisp results", but specs say Convection Cooking: No
Reviews say it's big and confirm not convection.

I'm in the market for something I can use for just me, but I think I want convection. I'll pass on this.

circulation of heat, usually with a fan as opposed to a heating element and wire basket. Between the product information contradicting itself and the not so great reviews, it's an easy pass for me.

If you want to air fry fries get the one with the roticerie basket to spindle the fries as they cook so it gets an even crisp.. but pack patience, it will still take longer than they say

I own this toaster oven, best investment ever but I found it in homedepot on clearance for 29.97. Great for REHEATING food not for cooking so don't expect to bake pies or roast a chicken. Great for toasting and the air frying function is great for precooked wings and left over or frozen French fries. Great for a college dorm or small apartment.

Agreed. Got a 6quart air fryer with the 40$ Walmart deal. Haven't used my oven or deep fryer since. Saves both in fat consumption & electricity compared to an oven. It does some things faster too.

I bought this to use as an oven for powder coating items. It was attractive because of the size (8 slice). Bad thing is, the oven would struggle to get past 300F and could not maintain temperature over 300F. Areas were 325F while others were 275F and would rise/drop drastically (measured with an IR thermometer). I returned mine immediately. Maybe I got a bad unit, who knows, but because of this I wouldn't recommend it to properly cook food at stable temps.
