$99 with free shipping to home or store for pickup.
  • 3-year manufacturer's warranty
  • Includes: (1) P440 ONE+ 1/4 Sheet Sander, (1) P411 Random Orbit Sander, (1) P401 Corner Cat Sander, (1) P102 18-Volt 1.3 Compact Lithium-Ion Battery (1) P118B 18-Volt Lithium-Ion Charger, and operator's manual

Matches April 2019 FP deal. Previous comments speak highly of the deal but note that the 1.3Ah battery is quite small and so a larger battery makes a huge difference on runtime. Part of the ONE+ family so many of us have lots of other batteries from previous deals.

The Corner Cat I kind of understand as a second sander; it allows you to get into tighter spaces (I've used a corded Ryobi Corner Cat and it really does excel in that regard).

But can anyone explain the real world value of a quarter sheet sander if you own a random orbit sander? I own both and honestly, the day I bought a random orbit is the last day I ever touched my quarter sheet.

Not trolling; this is a serious question.

Ryobi has a $9 attachment to hook up a shop vac to control dust on the corner sander.

So is this a new low-price? Or a limited time combo? I don't see either of those stipulations on the sale page.

Unclear. I don't think it was listed with either of those before. But it's been OOS for a few months and doesn't seem to be a part of their regularly advertised sets.

Think this is new low price...alone these are each 35-39 bucks a piece bare tool. So you get charger and crap battery for free kinda in this deal. Still saving money, but not sure if better to just buy the round and the corner separately.. and not have the square and extra battery and charger...

The April deal sold out within a day, with no new stock until now (4 months).

This will probably sell out quick also.

The Corner Cat sander is one of their worst products IMO. Battery is always a pain to remove, it blows dust everywhere and the on/off switch is very difficult to start.

Thus discount occurs periodically, then goes out of stock for a while. As the other poster said it was in stock 3-4 months ago and then went out of stock. This has occurred multiple times over the years.

Ability to use standard sandpaper sheets seems like the big one. Some discussion at https://www.woodworking-news.com/...et-sander/

I ended up getting another old FP deal which came back (only the second version), but thanks for motivating me to look around the HD site, OP.

We've used ¼" sanders for cabinetry in kitchens and bathrooms but they were wired (not these).
