Definitely drive to a flea market to save 25 cents on a tire patch kit.

The first one -
7-Piece Tube Patch Kit for Bikes & Inflatables - is used for inner tubes

The second one -
5-Piece Tire Patch Kit for Radial Tires - is used for the outer (tubeless) tires

In my experience - the tube patch kit works great the tire patch does not. Both are worth the money, since tubes and tires have become bloody expensive lately, tariffs and what not.

Forgive my ignorance, but what is the difference between these two kits? Are they for different types of tires or something?

The Tube Kit is for Inner-Tubes & Inflatables like the tubes inside bike tires while the Tire Kit is for tires like those on a wheelbarrow.

Go to a flea market and they will sell similar for $1 and no sales tax... or even dollar tree sells patch kits too.
