This has been posted before but haven't seen it at this price yet.

Home Depot has the Trimmer and Jet Blower kit with 4aH Battery w/charger on clearance right now. Normally $149 was on sale for $129 and now clearance at $96. Lowest I have seen this kit go for was $109 I think around Father's day. The blower alone with the battery and charger is selling for $129 right now, same goes for the trimmer with battery kit. Blower is the 100MPH 280CFM model

This is a great deal if you can find it (there are quite a few within 40 miles of me). I bought this package for $109 last year as part of this FP deal.
https://slickdeals.net/f/12005043-home-depot-ryobi-one-18-volt-lithium-ion-cordless-string-trimmer-edger-and-jet-fan-blower-combo-kit-4-0-ah-battery-charger-included-109-more-free-shipping-9-3-18-only

Everything in the kit works well though I do tend to use a 6Ah HP battery instead because it seems to give a little more power and lasts long enough to both trim and blow my lawn.

The only thing I don't like is the way the trimmer autofeeds whenever the trigger is released/reengaged. I tend to just leave it running more than I might otherwise, but there is a cool hack described in Soby's review on the HD page (I have not done this though).
"I opened up the spindle, removed a tiny spring that autofeeds and drilled a tiny hole on the hub to insert a paperclip. The paperclip stays with the unit on a magnet and I poke it through the hole every time I need more line."

I grabbed this mainly to upgrade my p2105 blower that was only 120cfm, the trimmer and 4aH battery was just an added bonus!

Well I'm glad one person read the review. The only time I miss the automatic feed is when I'm edging against concrete. The concrete eats through line and I find myself manually feeding often.

I have this set and it works well. The trimmer and edger is great. The blower is a bit under powered in my opinion. Great for blowing dry grass clippings/leaves. Anything wet is a bit of a struggle.

Having said that, this is an amazing deal if you can find it. I would highly recommend getting it.

Both of these work great for being 18v. This blower and trimmer is a big improvement over the low end 18v basic combo.

Have since upgraded to the 40v trimmer model for dual string, bump feed and attachments, but mostly for battery swapping with 40v mower. While the 40v trimmer is more powerful, the 18v trimmer with swivel head and wheel for edging is much easier to use than holding the 40v sideways, and why I still haven't got rid of the 18v trimmer.. If I didn't have a 40v mower, I would have stuck with this 18v trimmer.

Compared to my first generation 18v ryobi blower this one is 5x as strong. Still not as powerful as my gas blower but I'm tired of the maintenance and inconsistencies that go with a gas engine. I'm mainly using this to blow clippings off my driveway/patio after mowing and edging.

That's what i use it for as well and it is perfect for that. As you said, no maintenance. Just pop a battery in and you're good to go.

How I look at it, the trimmer/edger is a steal at this price (especially with a 4ah battery) for how well it works and easy it is to use. You are basically getting a decent blower for free.

Picked one up as well. My local HD had 5 in stock! First find ever on one of these clearance items. Of course, they were way up top and the sales associate said we don't have them in stock by looking at the website (always the case). I asked to please look up the sku and sure enough, they were it.

Don't need the trimmer but figure my dad could use it.

I bought this combo last year. Both the trimmer and blower are just adequate. The shield that protects the spool on the trimmer is getting chewed up by the string. A quarter is now missing. I'll have to see if there is a replacement part or if the warranty covers it. The blower is not as powerful as my neighbor's DeWalt 20V Max. I'll keep an eye out for a deal on the 40V blower.

There's a small metal line cutter under the shield that you can adjust that should prevent the line from ruining the shield. Did you install that when you got yours?

Also worth mentioning that the cutter has two positions. Moving it to the position which allows a longer line helped make the autofeed less of a nuisance.
