are the left and right click buttons quiet on this mouse? The m570 clicking noise is annoying.

From my uses of it, it has a very loud clicking sound. More so than what I was using before which was a G502

Great deal. I bought it for $10 more 5 months ago and love it. No more carpel tunnel pain for me.

It wasn't, the device was on sale for $71.99 & Staples had a $10 off $50 coupon that everybody was eligible for. That coupon is no longer valid, but there's a new $15 off one. It's not quite as good, but $63.99 is still a decent buy for this mouse. Coupon code: 15821

Can anyone who has this trackball and has used an m570 compare the two? Worth the upgrade? I've been using the m570 since logitech stopped making the Trackman, but the m570s dont seem to last nearly as long and the range can be flaky. Wondering if the ergo is better.

The MX Ergo is good since it has native Bluetooth which frees up a USB port. I like that it doubles as a wired or wireless mouse. It's wired for a PC and when it's plugged in it'll stay charged since it's rechargeable. That way it's ready to go if you take it with you to use with your laptop. Feel is similar, just a different connectivity, range shouldn't be an issue.

It also can pair with two computers, so you can share it between a laptop and a desktop. Really convenient when you have both keyboard and mouse that can wirelessly switch between computers, so you don't have to deal with moving the dongles between one machine and the other.
