Want to upgrade to S10+ and switch to T-Mobile - Wait or buy now?

So I'm currently using a Galaxy S6 and would like to upgrade to a S10+.

My plan is to leave Verizon who is my current carrier and switch over to T-Mobile. My girlfriend has had T-Mobile for a long time and enjoys the perk that if I remember correctly she has free data when she is in Europe. The plan is to join her plan or for us to start a new family plan, I haven't looked into the phone plan part as of yet.

My question is should I wait until Black Friday for the best deal on a S10+ or go over to Costco now and take advantage of the $749 (+ taxes and fees) deal they have going on right now and put my S6 on ebay and get maybe $60 to $80 for it?

There's also the option of buying an unlocked S10+ from ebay but I don't have any experience with unlocked phones. I found some on ebay labeled not in original packaging for around $650.

Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Always best to get the add-a-line promo with new phones as but one get one. Right now, you can add two lines for the price of one to the account and get two phones for the price of one, then sell the second online.

I'm not seeing that "add a line" offer on the T-Mobile website. Where did you see that offer?

The s10 is made in South Korea from what I have read so it shouldn't be effected by tarrifs
