Seems like a decent price? Anyone have experience with these? I have a Sony and have been looking for a flash. Not in dire need, but if this is good, maybe.

These do the job if you just need light in point and shoot situations, but are very underpowered compared to mid-range Sony/Nikon/Canon

I found a review for it. The comments on the review are critical of it though.

Neewer is pushed here frequently. Almost exclusively by staff, take the "deal" and votes with some skepticism.
Do your own research before buying.

Honestly, 100% true. Neewer pops up every single month. I pulled the trigger on one and found it pretty underwhelming, weak and not worth it unless you're desperate.

Guide#32 isn't very impressive, wish they would just give out the watt\second specs like the industry does for monolights. If you only want one light this is an okay deal. Brewers lights are made by a few different vendors, sometimes they sync up with others. Having said that, I wish I knew how awesome high speed sync is and how dominate godox is in the industry. It's nice having lights that sync up on the same system. Godox and flashpoint lighting systems are compatible with each other. I would reccomend the godox tt600 over this for $65. Guide #58, max recycle time 2.5 sec, compatible with a lot more devices.

Worth a shot because it's Amazon. Easy returns it's not up to snuff.

I own this flash (Fujifilm variant) and I love it. It's light and compact and sufficient enough for indoors. As long as you don't plan on shooting weddings or use it with an umbrella you'll be fine. The recycle time is definitely not a 5 sec, more like 2sec.
There are two cons for me:
1. When using as a slave it's hard to trigger with other flash since the light sensing window is too small. And since it doesn't have a sync port either the only reliable option when using off camera is to trigger it wirelessly.
2. No HSS. So if your camera supports HSS I'd look at a similar Neewer model like this one : Neewer 2.4G HSS 1/8000s TTL GN36 Wireless Master Slave Flash Speedlite for Sony a9 a7III a7RIII a7II a7RII a7SII a7 a7R a7S a6500 a6300 a6000 a77II RX10II/III/IV Cameras with Hard Diffuser (NW400S) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06X94R...yDbTVZT2B7
