I am so tired of parents thinking their kids are genius for being able to tap the YouTube icon on their iPhone... I'm not saying your kid is dumb but realize these devices are designed for anyone to be able to use them. Remember Steve Jobs saying that Americans are basically too stupid to drag and drop files on a Zune, necessitating the need for iTunes and iPods...he was right...

I also think the point of this is that you don't want children under the age of two looking at screens.

My grandson has this and LOVES it.! When we pick up his big brother for school I'll say, ok, you work on your tablet while we wait. And he does!! He sing and tries to talk along with it. Great toy!

My son loved this thing when he was younger. You'll never forget the cookies and ice cream song once to hear it 30 times.

My kid never used his. To my surprise, he was smarter than expected, and wouldn't fall for this. He's not yet 2, but navigates the iPhone or iPad, to open up Youtube on his own to find Elmo. The rate at which these kids learn is insane.
