That's about regular price for 2pack. They are $149/1 $179/2 at Big Orange.
You're right, sorry about that, for some reason I thought they were about 220 for two

Great deal but I bought 2 of the 5 amp batteries plus a brushless jigsaw for $169 over the Summer.

I'd reccomend getting these if you have a trimmer, blower or other tool that drains the battery life very fast.

The 3 amp batteries didn't cut it at all for life in my trimmer.

Does Home Depot still do the "price match plus 10% off?" Can't find the wording on their site anymore. If so you could save an additional $13 through them if requesting a price match (if they match amazon)

OBVIOUSLY you guys don't use a Dewalt 1800 WATT PORTABLE POWER STATION AND SIMULTANEOUS BATTERY CHARGER, DCB1800B.
Slam 4 of these 6AH batteries in one of those and run most any corded 120V power tool for quite a while.

Now if they would just drop the 12AH flexvolt to a similar $/AH.

These would last a very long time in the fan or the lights.

Still somewhat regret returning the $99 Blower and $99 Weed Trimmer that came with a 5ah each. Should have just sold the bare tools for the batteries
I sold the trimmer for $90 and the charger for $25 and kept the battery from that deal. I never have a problem piecing out DeWalt gear in my area on FB marketplace. Just in case anyone was wondering the feasibility of this idea.

why do you guys need so much power? I have two 1.5 ah, and a 3 ah, and have never even come close to using up the two 1.5ah.
It depends on what tools you're using. Drills and hand saws, probably not. Outdoor equipment like blowers, string trimmers, hedge trimmers you're going to need the bigger batteries for.

This is about what they sell for new on ebay and no tax.

I guess with this you can have a warranty claim but I've never had a battery not work. But a sample size me is not to be relied upon lol.

Close to the best price per kWh I've paid for DeWalt. Got 2 x 5Ah for $104. Snagged 2 sets of these, will be great for projects in which I use 3D-printed DeWalt adapters.

I may have gotten the last two. It is showing $159 now via third party.

Like the others, I kill my batteries with my weed eater and blower, big yard and now a commercial property, so snagged a set, good deal, thanks.

I have both the 5 ah and the 6 ah

Imo, the 5 ah is the better choice, due to value, and weight (the 6 ah is heavy as heck and bulky)
