Mod Edit: This will become the new Northern California Grocery Stores Thread.

Thank you to missusg and mcube for starting up threads for the individual stores for Northern California.

Due to how the timestamp works - it is with apologies to mcube (who started the Lucky thread) that your post is now #141 -- When a thread is merged the posts go in timestamp order.

Please note that there is a 30 day rule for reps -- so any post greater than 30 days old cannot be repped.

This message to remain for the next 24 hours so that our NoCal users can get used to this. Smilie

Oh man, I have to find a Savemart, then? This starts Wednesday? And which days are the "3-Day Sale?" I've been in a SM maybe once or twice, ever. None close to me. Am dying to have some cheap raspberries, though.

Not sure if I can promote Q sellers on here or what. Found some AHSW Q's (the $1/2 1 liters) for 0.05 each (on sale).... it's a seller I've used before, fast shipping to CA, etc. Minimum order is $2 of SOMETHING and 0.60 shipping. PM if interested and I'll send the info!

Also missusg, if you could kindly let me know if there is a limit... the SW limit of 12 is cramping my style a bit. I don't buy them ALL, but usually I do buy twice that amount at a store. drool

if you have a Tide swq loaded on to J4U you should be able to get one free. But last weekend's PG, has a $3/3 Tide q, (including Tide 2 Go in fine print), you can get 3x free.
You want the Tide little small erasers (4ct), not the pen. Also these are for cleaning little spills on clothing. Not wall erasers. I have a great need for these because without fail, white shirt and marinara sauce = disaster for me!

thank you again for this breakdown. this = 4 free, .99 oop for 5!

also snagged a free sample tide pod on bottles of downey. figured after purchasing 5 of their products, should get one Teehee checker tried to scan - beeped - mentioned it was free sample - and then she also thought the erasers were freebies too Nono

and yes I've already used the product today & works well. similar to you sacramentogirl, if it's a new shirt, it is a magnet for stains Mad laugh out loud

Thanks. Wow, actually am in Lincoln on F/Sa, maybe can find a SM nearby. I think I saw one in Roseville and one in YC.

Please speak "stupid" to me as I have not shopped SM. What are the "freebie" Q's?

ETA: Apparently, there is a store in Rocklin, which is pretty close to where I work. Do they have a printed Q policy? www.savemart.com !

Oh, and before I forget... was at Target yesterday. Noticed the AHSW 6 pack of the 0.5 L bottles is on a price cut 9/1-9/28 for $2! This is the lowest I have seen these and with the $1 off MQ, $1 for 3L in the end. Not as good a deal as the 1 L bottles at various stores with the 0.59 price, but if you like the smaller bottles, it is a good deal. And, as I mentioned previously, the Q does NOT beep on that product. They do only have lime and plain flavors in that size.

Is this TIDE TO GO deal over? It was part of the b5s5, right? Thanks.

I totally missed this one but got the Morningstar deal, used 2 x $1/2 IPQs and 1 x 60c IPQ with 5 bags of crumbles and paid $6.80, got $4 CAT back but this was only b/c I had PP of $2.88 Smilie

Rolled the $4 Cat for another round of MS.

Short 99c only store report, with some new finds:

Found only 3 packs (singles) of TruMoo milk w/vanilla flavor, so bought them all.

Got ginger, not often seen there. Also saw garlic. In those long little mesh bags.

Bought some spices (I have no idea how I've not notice the whole wall of them before!) to continue my Indian and Thai food experiments. So far so good, even "no-spice" DH approves. Smilie Everything I need for Indian food available except for garam masala and cumin was wiped out. Much cheaper than SW, 1/2 price of Trader Joe's $1.99/jar which isn't bad either.

Cans of coconut cream and coconut milk.

2-lb bags of little colored potatoes, some were only 1.5 lb, but steamable bags. Smilie

Starting next month I won't be shopping here so much anymore. Frown
