In case anyone is interested. I have had no issues in the 1+ year that I have had them. These particular ones can be controlled individually through Google Home. All of my Smart plugs are kmc.

You may want to note the warning in their final product image:

From Google Home, you can turn on/off all three top outlets AT THE SAME TIME ONLY.

From Alexa, you can control the three top outlets INDIVIDUALLY.

I was going to get this for use with Google Home, but maybe I'll keep looking...

*EDIT* Some reviewers describe being able to control all three outlets with Google Home individually. This may have been corrected via firmware, while the product page was not updated. I may be convinced to buy this now.

*2nd Edit* I received the product over the weekend, and will be returning it. The box was sealed as if from the factory, but the product inside is scratched, dirty, and used.

You can also use many other apps to register/control them and are not limited to their app.

urlhasbeenblocked, Tuya, or Jinvoo should work. I use Jinvoo because I that was what the first set of plugs I bought used. It all talks to Tuya in the background anyway if you watch the screens when you link devices. I use these for grow lights (not for THOSE plants) for our small collection of indoor house plants (in my attempt to improve air quality and see nice pretty green things that don't make me sneeze).

Had it for around 6 months and it's been great. If I hadn't bought two because I thought our daughter wanted one for her cacti/succulents. I'd jump on this. For that matter I may still!

edit: No I won't jump on this 'deal'. As much as I like these this isn't really a deal. It's $1.80 less than I paid before.

In 4 1 just because I didn't qualify for the $5 smart plug deal earlier today and that scratched my itch.

Have one and works well. Paid about this price on Prime Day. Good product. Use it with Alexa.

I really don't understand why everyone is crazy about that $5 smart plug. Isn't this better?

I think Sm*rtLife is the most popular app..it controls almost all of the small chinese brands, is constantly updated, and communicates with Google/Alexa, and most others.

Tuya is I believe the same app..I know it is compatible.

all about the application vs price. if you need to only control one plug (or everything in that plug) the $5 is a great deal. if you need to control several devices plugged at same location, then the KMC is better.
