These boards are made by AMD (think sort of like Nvidia founder's edition if you speak green). There's usually little no difference between "brands". It looks like ASRock reports a potentially higher boost clock, which honestly doesn't mean much.

Partner/AIB cards are a different story.

I did an AMD Mobo/CPU bundle for pickup at microcenter last week for the $50 off. When I got to the store I decided to throw on an XFX 5700xt and it dropped $50 off that as well to make it $350. Not sure how helpful this will be to anyone, but thought I'd share in case it is.

They're loud, but can be the best for system thermals in certain cases. I buy reference so I can throw cheap water blocks on them.

I have a reference card and can say it's great buy if you dont mind the noise or the heat. I game on a headset so I don't to mind the noise at all. When I'm doing less tasking items like web surfing, the fan rev down to almost silent.
As a side note, I run a negative pressure setup (current case a darkflash dlm22) and my temps idle at around 40c and 75/80 under load.

ASUS has a longer warranty I think.
edit: nvm, was thinking of sapphire that has 2 years vs 3 years from asus

All of the reference 5700/5700XT boards are in fact made by Saphire. So they are all equal and the only thing that changes between manufacturers is the warranty they offer.
