It's been this price for 2 months now. First time sold and shipped from Amazon, but still this price shipped via prime through a highly rated seller.

Correct.

It's always this price.

Regardless it's my go to m2 SSD. Used 9 of them for myself and friends with zero issues and nothing beats it for speed / price ratio.

I've heard rumors of longevity issues, but haven't tried these out myself. Everyone says they're great but having only been popular for a relatively short time, I imagine we will start seeing reports of any long-term issues start cropping up - if there are any to be found.

I've only purchased accessories/peripherals from Sabrent, and would be hesitant to purchase anything like this without them being on the market for a while to prove themselves, Not saying there is anything wrong with these, just being cautious. They use Phison controllers and Toshiba NAND, so they can't be too bad, but when these first came out, people were saying they're actually rebrands of the MyDigitalSSD BPX Pro - not sure if that was disproved, or if people just don't care...
MyDigitalSSD BPX Pro, Corsair MP510, Addlink S7,0 Seagate FireCuda/BarraCuda 510, Silicon Power P34A80, Sabrent Rocket, Inland Premium, Team MP34 / Cardea II / Cardea Liquid, Gigabyte Aorus (RGB), PNY XLR8 CS3030, and Asura Genesis Xtreme all share the same hardware (according to u/Newmaxx). The main difference is probably the firmware.

Yeah, this isn't a deal... There has been way too many quickly up-voted posts that aren't slick at all lately.

You can check out my post history. This deal only matches previous front page deals, and looks to be the cheapest it's been on CCC (i.e. without a coupon).

I also got that deal. Has been working great in my new Dell laptop that I upgraded day 1. Came with a 1Tb SATA and I added this SSD.....I had to squash all the boot partitions on the SATA to get the SSD to boot, but after that the laptop is screaming.

But just because it's at it's lowest listed price doesn't make it a deal. SSDs have been around 10GB/$ for a bit now. The point most people are making is that this is now considered normal price and it somehow is continuing to get upvoted. I also wasn't trying to specifically call you out, it was more of a generalized statement that there have been a lot of tech posts that easily get 10+ voted before even 1 comment lately.
