Flak jackets came out 20 years or so ago. They did a little make over and updated the styling with the 2.0. I believe the lenses are different so they dont interchange.
Regular is a shorter lense. XL extend further down. if you look at the pic regular would be more rounded on bottom instead of extending down and having the little angle back.I prefer the xl's. They fit my face better and I use them for safety glasses at work and keeps things from coming up under the lenses since they ride close to my cheek bones.
Oakley also makes and "Asian fit" with wider nose bridge and different temple fitting for a better fit for Asian bone structure. just something to watch for.

would anyone be able to break down the different models of these shades for me? lol.. dont know anything about oakleys and was looking into some sports shades but not sure what the "original" vs 2.0 entails, or the XL, ive read that the XLJ are better lenses?

Decidedly less cool on elementary school principals, but sunglasses like these are often worn by guys that shave their legs and wear Lycra shorts (cyclists)...

Anyone ever tried the Flak model for running? I'm curious as I'm more of a Radar person 😎
