Just got this email from Altice:

Introducing Altice Mobile – unlimited data, talk and text for just $20 a month for one line, and $20 a month for each additional line. Plus, as a loyal Optimum customer, for a limited time you're eligible to lock in $20 a month for life.

Plan Details:
Monthly per line charge for unlimited domestic talk, text and data. Reflects $5 AutoPay discount. Up to maximum of five lines. Other monthly charges apply per line and may include $10 activation fee, roaming charges, taxes, gov't fees and other Altice Mobile fees and surcharges (including USF fee). Exclusive pricing available only for Optimum (OPT) customer. Must maintain both Altice Mobile and OPT accounts in good standing and Altice Mobile service at current level to maintain promotional pricing. Failure to maintain either account in good standing, disconnection or termination of OPT service, or changes to level of Altice Mobile service will result in loss of promotional pricing, after which regular rates will apply. Quality of Service (QoS): A small number of customers with heavy data usage may experience slower data speeds. See our Broadband Disclosure for performance and network management details. PRICE FOR LIFE (PFL): Applies to base price per line of service. All fees, surcharges and taxes subject to change. Must maintain current service plan and be in good standing to maintain PFL pricing. PFL pricing applies to life of current account holder and is non-transferrable. Other Restrictions: Credit approval may be required. Limited time offer subject to change or discontinuance at any time. Offer not available everywhere or for all phones/networks. May not be combined with any other Altice Mobile offers. Other terms and conditions apply.

Network Details:
Altice LTE leverages the Sprint LTE and AT&T LTE networks in certain locations to deliver 99% nationwide coverage. See our terms and policies for performance and network management details.

Financing Details:
Must be OPT customer in good standing for device financing.

Since they're offering national coverage through Sprint and At&t. Wonder if you sign up in NJ and then use it in FL, would they cut you off? Or would they just let it run provided you don't exceed 50gb/month

I tried my S8 and pixel 3a and it did not work. So I did a chat with them and found out.

This is only in states that have altice or cablevision. I have tried to purchase a SIM card all day and it has been populated with server side errors all day. CS was not helpful.
