I miss when these CPUs came with the 2-game bundle a few months ago. After selling the games on Ebay the CPUs were even cheaper.

AMD needs to either bundle some games with these CPUs again, or cut the prices another $20+ to be competitive with the pricing from back in June.

I'm debating of swapping out my 7700k for this. Outside of a faster memory clock, should I get this?
I currently have a msi b250m gaming board so its limited to a 2400mhz clock on the memory

Bought this processor a year ago, paired it with 3000mhz ram and have zero regrets, this thing is a beast for the money (4.8 o.c. With an AIO cooler)

Would need to get a new motherboard and compatible memory. Plus reinstalling OS. So if time and money are worth marginal gains to you. I'm sure 7700k is still pretty decent these days but not sure of your situation and use case.

You could always sell it and upgrade to 3600, that might be a decent bump in performance?

How much do you think I could sell it for? I still have the box and cooler.

Depends if you live in a busier city or not, but I'd say you could get ~$100 and then a 3600 would only cost you about $100
