That's the first time I've ever heard anyone say that the movie was better.

Not saying it wasn't good, it was. The show was just league better.

And absolutely, positively, the best married couple ever shown on TV. Both characters are smart, competent, and supportive of the other. They're not perfect - they argue, they disagree, they go through "I don't like you much at the moment" sequences but you never doubt they love each other. There's no cheating, no violence, no nonsense. Just real, normal people showing what a good marriage looks like.

Second the positive comments about the show. An amazing show. Matt Saracen is my favorite TV character of all-time.

Great, great show. Was $10 on Black Friday last year so might be cheaper if you wait but still a great deal

Just to get it out of the way : This is not MA compatible. TV shows aren't.

Damn good price for one of the best network dramas of recent years.

Does anybody know which service has the rights to each show and for how long? I've tried websites like can I stream it, Reelgood, etc. I can never find the info I want.

Just from a quick Google search-

Don't know for how long but, assuming you're in the U.S., looks like Amazon Prime is streaming the full series - https://www.amazon.com/Friday-Nig...B000V5RUES

And, looks like the 1st 10 episodes are free for anyone over at NBC's site , while the remaining episodes look to require some kind of valid cable/ satellite subscription login - https://www.nbc.com/friday-night-lights/episodes
(assume ads will be included with this option?)

Just a fantastic, well acted series. Many of the actors and actresses have gone on to major careers from this series.
