Most of these movies and The Shining are available for much less via Disc to Digital. Dig out those old blu-ray or DVD cases.

I saw both Dead Zone and Running Man on VUDU free, so if you can wait...Sometimes They Come Back

Interesting. I didn't know the Tales from the Darkside movie was a Stephen King movie. Watched the TV shows back in the 80s.

The original Pet Sematary and The Running Man are pretty good. Vaguely remember the other movies.

Some great movies here. Cujo, Silver Bullet, and Pet Sematary to name my stand outs. While The Running Man was not horror, it was a great 80's movie. The other are okay, but not good enough for me to buy. At $25 I would be all in if The Shining was included, but without it I think I will pass.

Yeah I don't agree with you. There are a couple stinkers, but most of these are solid. Here is my take:

Stephen King's: Cujo (1983) DECENT
Stephen King's: The Dead Zone (1983) DECENT
Stephen King's: Silver Bullet (1985) EXCELLENT
Stephen King's: Graveyard Shift (1990) NOT GOOD
Stephen King's: Thinner (1996) GREAT
Pet Sematary (1989) GREAT
Tales from the Darkside: The Movie (1990) EXCELLENT
The Running Man (1987) EXCELLENT

I wish Storm of the Century or The Stand were able to be purchased digitally. Wouldn't be surprised if SK started his own streaming service.

No way! The Dead Zone was one of his best IMO. And while it was a cool concept/story and I liked The Running Man back in the day, I don't think it aged very well (watched it not too long ago).

Those were some great ones too.

Just better to wait for sales and get the 6 you like them a bundle of which half you don't like.

Apparently Stephen King's "The Stand" AND Stephen King's "Langoliers" are $4.99 each on Vudu. Not bad, though they are in SD.

Yeah, I almost totally forgot about seeing that movie even though it was only a year ago (shows you how much of an impression it made on me). In another year or two I would've totally forgotten about it. That's how I feel about most movies now though, yet I can remember movies I caught in the theaters way back in the early 90s like I saw them yesterday. Movies suck these days.
