This is a nice and powerful fan that you can position to blow many different ways including directly across the top of the floor if your trying to dry it or when your working under a car. Normal price is $69 but the Walmarts in my area have them for $25.

Any idea on the CFM of the unit? The manual via Lasko's website doesn't show not nor does the product listing.

Sorry, the manual that came with it is exactly the same as what you can download and there is nothing on the box or the fan itself that list the CFM.

It's around 300 CFM. For the price, this is a good deal.

This blows the floor. We use these at work to dry floors fast.

I will check around for this.

Ive had this version since 2011. it moves a ridiculous amount of air, but it's very focused. Mine on low pushes more air than the lasko on high. It almost feels like AC but it is moderately noisy. On high it actually feels like cold air is hitting you. On high it's loud enough you probably would need to turn your tv or sound system up fairly high to hear everything.

If you are sleeping it's no big deal, just white noise, but i wouldn't put it on high and point it at yourself otherwise your covers will look like they are in a tornado.

Ive also got the lasko HVB tower fan and this design moves way more air.

I actually have the tower one pointing at my bed on high and it's comfortable.

edit: i paid $48 for my fan like this in 2011 so $25 is a good price since im 99% sure it's a comparable size fan
