Bought this at $140ish last month. It is a fairly well made bike.

The parts crack-clink sound a little but I fixed it using a little paper towel between the metal parts and tightening the screws.

Heartrate monitor is absolutely useless. Just shows 80/min nomatter what.

The resistance can be as high as you want. (But that wont change how the calories are counted). IF you workout targeting your heartrate using a smartwatch then this is the perfect cheap option. Calorie count, miles and heartrate are utterly useless. I try to keep stretches of 5 min at > 150-180bpm and cool down (rinse and repeat).

None. I walked in and bought it. No one tried to stop me.

The Amazon link is a different model than these, though probably more like the black one. The white one is chain drive, with a smaller flywheel.

So I will have no idea of my pedaled mileage? Do you know how far off? I don't really care about heart rate but I need to monitor my progress.

Why do you say the black one has "less" features? The black one looks like the better option to me.

Yes. its a simple screw brake. Trun completely to the left and no resistance.. just a fly wheel

It shows the mileage but it will be far off from the reality (I have not estimated how far off.. but fairly 10-30% in my guess). If you are going to look for the right calculation of mileage then I would recommend look somewhere else.

Thanks. Why are miles useless? Not accurate? How tall are you? Read some reviews saying seat doesnt get high enough for over 5'10"
