Ridiculous unless your drone is the size of a large desktop PC. Look at the pic.

Not really. I have a case for my radio & one for my charger. Lipos are in their own safety bag, not a problem when we drive but when flying uggg it is a PIA packing all the stuff in a suitcase. Last trip we we're packing up one morning to leave the hotel and the wife tossed her big bottles of shampoo & conditioner into my suitcase and broke the fuselage of the small plane I brought with Mad Lesson learned. We are flying in a few days and I have been thinking about bringing my Bugs & maybe a small boat but I doubt it after the last time

What's the lesson learned? Time to get a new wife?

Without the word, "drone" being isolated, this deal didn't even trigger my alerts which, normally seem pretty hair-trigger. Just last night, I was looking at a lesser item for more $... thanks, OP!

Depends on the airline , this thing is 20ish in height where some airlines cap the limit at 17in . So check American based airlines probably but European not so much

Have you ever held a phantom? Very common drone and about the size of a desktop PC.

Just saying..

This bag is the only thing I've ever had to return to B&H. It broke 30 minutes after I received it. I loaded it up with my gear, put it on and 'SNAP!', one strap broke. luckily the other held long enough for me to put it down.

Fired off a return request and that was back in the box ready to go back within an hour of its arrival.... lol.

I won't risk it again, but potentially I overloaded it against its supported weight, but I don't know what that is.

Just know a Mavic Pro, 3 batteries, controller, landing pad, Nikon 5300 with an 18-300mm lens was apparently too much.

Or spend more time dating and get to know your soon to be wife and both share the same interests where she like drones more than you do

Well after 25yrs that would be rather difficult but ya that was a thought. A case just for my RC stuff would be ideal that way there would be no confusion as to what case is what.
Edit: I should also ad that after realizing what she did asked how much did that one cost you? she cringed & said just order a new one and use this one for parts. BTW I buy lots of toys and she rarely gives me any grief about it.

People on the internet are weird. I posted a story that involved my wife accidentally washing her laptop. In the washing machine. Numerous people said I should end my 10+ year marriage because she is an idiot, based on that one mistake. I am always surprised at people's confidence in judging entire relationships based on one anecdote.
