Thanks for your detailed response.
All orders placed within a week, first delivery one week out. Auto address, same for all. I am counting multiple orders of same item as one unique S&S item.
Guess it's CS time.

Hmm that is really strange then. And unless something has changed with Amazon's S&S recently, I don't think it counts multiple orders of the same item as one unique S&S item because I have done that "so called trick" hundreds of times where I would just place 4 separate orders for the same S&S item (one right after the other) just so for future S&S purchases, all the orders at the time of buying would show up with the 15% discount. And once I had 5+ items in my subscriptions that I wanted delivered/keep, I would just cancel those first 4 S&S items that were for the same exact item. Never had a problem doing this.
Sorry I couldn't be of any help. Best of luck with Amazon CS.

Thanks again for your help.
Apparently others are experiencing the same issue as myself. I guess if it doesn't sort itself out, I can always contact CS.

These caused me extreme gastro issues for about 72 hours following eating about 1/5 of a bag. Nothing ever causes me problems like in the South Park chipoltaway episode but these sure did. Will never eat again. That said, the rest of my family was fine.

These Madras Lentils are oh so good. I usually buy them at Costco, this beats their price. These are thick and tastes like meaty chili, but it is vegetarian.

Great go to food, when the frige is empty, or camping. Dinner in a bag, and you really can just eat it right out of the bag on a warm day, no need to heat them up in a pinch.

The Tikka Masala and Vegetable Tikka Masala are good too, but too spicy hot for me. I think it is the cumin spice.

First tried these at Costco and have been hooked ever since. I lap these up real good. Heat 1 min, pour over some rice, a quick filling meal that's quite nice
I add ground beef...its good

I tried these before. For the product itself, these are really good, but be prepared to season it up to your liking as it is relatively bland and spiceless. I ordered 4 of these 6 packs and they already came. The individual boxes they came in smell like shit, like honestly it smells like some farm shit. absolutely disgusting. I had amazon refund me but I'm going to try eating these anyway. The bags themselves smell like crap but lets see if the contents are... crappy.
