difficulty of bathing child without distractions >> difficulty of drying bath toys after each bath.

Agreed on all accounts. We drop our toys in a bowl of white vinegar and baking soda for a few hrs once a wk.

Sure it wears them out sooner than not but it seems to do the trick in terms of mold. These toys look like they would be easy to clean in a similar fashion.
