This looks like a decent deal on the 3GB model. Any feedback on Gigabyte's refurbs or their 90 day support?

This price range for refrub/B stock 3GB 1060 is pretty common. So if you need one now, not a bad deal. Now <$100 for these refurb would be a nice deal.

Just a heads up for the eager, a large amount of "refurbished" video cards are ones that were used for crypto-currency mining for a long time running 24 hours a day. A lot of them have heavy mileage, not sure about this particular deal but I personally wouldn't buy used without knowing a GPU's previous use case.

Who is going to ever tell you the truth selling something second hand. You better ASSUME as a second hand buyer you have zero knowledge of previous use.

If it doesnt die in the 90 day window itll probably keep going. Just leave it running 24/7 to check. Lmao

Just buy used cards on HWS guys. They run cheaper than this, and your chances of getting a bad card are very slim. I've bought many with no issues. Always use PayPal.

My used gtx770 failed to run some of the benchmark softwares due to bad CUDA by heavy mining. You can always do some stress test after purchase.

How can you prevent from getting scammed using HWS though?

If you pay through a PayPal invoice created by the seller you are covered if you received the item not as described. One tip, If the seller doesn't communicate well, don't go for it.

Evga B-stock products are about the best quality you can find in terms of re-certified/ refurbished. Here's the tid-bit from them:

B-Stock Products are units which may have small scratches, small dents, or noticeable use. B-Stock products are Factory Recertified to meet the performance and reliability of a new product of the same model. B-Stock products do not come with any optional accessories and only include the accessories required to use the product as listed below.

Included Accessories:
Motherboard: I/O Shield
Power Supply: Power Cables
Graphics Card: No Accessories
Other Devices: No Accessories

All B-Stock products include a 1 Year Limited Warranty.

I've gotten multiple psu,gpu from their bstock Wednesday sales and all have performed flawlessly and looked brand new
