I would die if they ever made a new Final Fantasy Tactics.

Have you played the iOS version by chance? if yes, how does it compare to the DS original? I loved the DS original and then played it on the Switch and it just wasn't anywhere near as good. Wondering if they botched the iOS version somehow too.
AFAIK WoTL was never on DS. I think that was final fantasy tactics Advance, which is a far more kid friendly series than FFT. I'm also really sure it hasn't come out on switch. WoTL is a redub of the original FFT for PSX that came out originally on PSP and then eventually iOS. It is considered by many to be the best strategy RPG in history with arguably the best story of any FF game. At this price I would absolutely recommend giving it a shot.

I'd buy multiple if they had Apple TV and controller support for use on my 12.9 iPad but doesn't seem like they do.

War of the Lions is one of my all-time favorite games, but I found the touchscreen controls on my 12.9" iPad to be way too cumbersome. It really needs controller support added.

Among these games are some of the worst ports in the entire industry. Definitely avoid 4-6

Would like to see the ff8 port on ios. The remastered looks pretty good. I am pretty sure they can do a ffx port for iphones too as their hardware is more than enough capable.

FYI, most (if not all) of these require a network connection to play. Also, (just my opinion) the few of these I own are buggy and I would actually recommend just getting an emulator to play these instead of the official mobile versions. And I don't think I'm alone looking at some of the reviews of these games.

Was going to pick up Dimensions II but apparently it's all but unplayable on newer Android phones with a wide/long aspect ratio, like the Pixel 3XL. Guess I'll pick up IV instead, as it's tradition at this point to spend my Google rewards on one each sale Smilie

Thanks OP!

Since Square Enix is going to be part of the Apple Arcade, if they ever do port the FF games to the Apple TV, I am curious if they will be part of that service. Square guards the FF property, but I think that they are well known enough for Apple to be willing to give them a pretty good monthly split per subscriber that plays their game...
