Price looks good to me, but the Dells often have thermal issues. I am not familiar with this specific model so you may want to check out some reviews first.

The people who are claiming this to have heating issue are simply trollng without actually checking reviews. This does not get any hotter than any other latop like Legion Y740 or MSI Stealth 17 with similar configuration. However, it is a bit louder at full load than its competitors.
Below s the review link from Notebookcheck with i7-8750H which has simlar thermals as i7-9750H. Check it yourself rather than beveling these troll posts.

Basically, 1660ti / 2060 max q / 2060 / 2070 maxq all perform VERY similarly, within10-20% of each other (depending on thermal solution).

2070 and 2080 maxq and above are actual step ups.

Price is non-linear, so you have to decide for yourself if the differences are worth it.

This looks pretty solid for the specs for gaming except for the lack of G-Sync. Also, a headsup to those who plan on using this laptop for anything other than gaming. The display has a contrast ratio of of 600:1. To put this in perspective, MacBook Pro 15's contrast ratio is 1,409:1 and Dell's own latest XPS 15 with an OLED display has a contrast ratio of 100,000:1. It's not bright either compared to the Lenovo Legion 15's 500-nit and Gigabyte Aero 15's 600-nit HDR displays. So using the laptop's screen won't be a pleasant experience. It should be fine though as a desktop replacement connected to a good external display. Just my 2 cents.

I don't thnk the above information is correct based on the various reviews available online. This has a contrast ratio of 1064:1 as per notebookcheck.net, which is pretty good for a gaming Laptop And I300 nits of brightness pretty standard for a gaming laptop. The OLED Laptop and the other Gigabyte AERO you have mentioned, mainly targeted towards productivity and costs several hundred dollar more with comparable configuration. Below are the spec for the display: -
AU Optronics AUO409D, B173HAN
X-Rite i1Pro 2
Maximum: 310.8 cd/m² Average: 299.1 cd/m² Minimum: 14.98 cd/m²
Brightness Distribution: 92 %
Center on Battery: 308.6 cd/m²
Contrast: 1064:1 (Black: 0.29 cd/m²)
ΔE Color 4.26 | 0.6-29.43 Ø6.1, calibrated: 2.93
ΔE Greyscale 5 | 0.64-98 Ø6.3
89.2% sRGB (Argyll 3D) 57.8% AdobeRGB 1998 (Argyll 3D)
Gamma: 2.07

That's actually really surprisingly weird that they'd pick that panel for their most expensive G series laptop.

The majority of IPS not bottom barrel are at least 1000: 1 these days, or at least 900:1 calibrated.

It's probably a typo or a mistake.

This looks more correct than the 600:1

I think measuring with a colorimeter instead of a spectro would yield even higher contrast maybe 11-1200:1, Post calibration probably 1000: 1
