These are good combs combine them with Food-Grade Diatomaceous Earth put on your pet and you should limit flea problems. Flea medicine given orally to pets is no good just think it has to be poison to kill fleas and ticks.

According to some people below these flea medications are like salt water. Well if this is the case why don't humans take these pills when they go out and are exposed to these pests. But really you cannot debate the fact that oral or topical flea medication has caused seizures or death in some pets just read the warning label. Even the FDA has issued warnings. Food grade Diatomaceous Earth has never resulted in a pets death I rest my case.

Thats the one I use. If you dont spill it/let water drip into the container it will probably last YEARS. Nitenpyram is very safe! I just googled to confirm again. the overdose limit for humans and animals are quite high, reaching into grams, and the compound is seen as safe for daily use for animals

Even if you give them some crazy high amount on accident, there really are no side effects, which is a reason I love recommending it. The pill form is just way too expensive by comparison.
This 375 doses is $23.95. The same seller also sells 750 doses for $29.75.

That shows a different active ingredient than nitenpyram though. Are they the same thing?

Should we also not drink water because it dissolves salt? It must do that to everything else.

For anyone that needs help with flea problems in cats or dogs. capstar is the brand name for extremely effective flea medication, that's also not very expensive. I paid $30 on eBay for a bunch of the powdered form of capstar, and measure out the tiny doses with the measuring spoons they included. I just mix it with water and squirt in their mouth with a syringe. It kills all fleas on them for 24 hours, and can be given daily until there are zero remaining fleas in the house
I mix it with food but water and squirting in the mouth is a great idea. Thanks!

Buy it at this price, don't spend $13 on a fancy one because PetSmart is out of the $2 plastic ones...and you need it ASAP because your dog has fleas 😂
