This has another use (NOT flea related) as a comb for molting pet rabbits...

We adopted a pet rabbit which is now going through a molt cycle...I did not want to spend $20 on a Hairbuster comb so got this flea comb and followed this video to mod it...works great!

For anyone that needs help with flea problems in cats or dogs. capstar is the brand name for extremely effective flea medication, that's also not very expensive. I paid $30 on eBay for a bunch of the powdered form of capstar, and measure out the tiny doses with the measuring spoons they included. I just mix it with water and squirt in their mouth with a syringe. It kills all fleas on them for 24 hours, and can be given daily until there are zero remaining fleas in the house

Safari is a good brand from my experience - I have a black-haired pom who doesn't have much patience with my grooming efforts, and who's on 2 flea rx but still suffers with the buggers that make her yelp (yes, much drama here). I need all the help I can get - this is one more tool for my collection. thanks, OP.

In for 2 for my cats. I have the single row one and my cats don't have fleas but when I take them outside to sit with us I always flea comb them as soon as we get back inside. This double row one might trap fleas better if they get any. Luckily my cats are short-haired so this should not be too uncomfortable for them. Will see. Used no-rush shipping.

Thanks OP! Fleas are terribly hard to get rid of once they start laying eggs in your house. Happened to me only once and it was a nightmare.

Picked up two. I have four hounds and a Siamese cat, so never hurts to have extra flea combs
