Amazon has Shell Rotella T6 5W-40 1 gal. 3PK. CJ-4 Synthetic Motor Oil, 128. Fluid_Ounces, 3 Pack for $51.60 after coupon and 5% S&S

Clip the coupon and check out with subscribe and save. Total is $51.60 plus tax with 5% S&S. Can get 15% off with 5 subscriptions.

Price for 1 gallon at Wally World is about $23 and currently $21 at Amazon. This is a great oil for diesel engines.

$17.20 per gallon. Decent price.

Current rebate offer doesn't include Amazon as a valid retailer.

Well this sucks, only farm store rebates now huh.

Should have stocked up when I had the chance.

I use it for my Honda mower. I use it with my Honda ATV because it is rated for wet clutches. I also use it on my Yamaha generator. The cheaper lawn equipment makes do with T-5. It is a really good oil and can be used in all sorts of equipment.

I wouldn't necessarily say everything but you are correct. This oil is fantastic and very popular for older turbo cars as it has zinc (or at least it used to). Regardless I've used it on all my non-diesel cars and its been great. The "diesel" title on this is a tad misleading. Great oil, and price is about $10 off, O'Reilly/Walmart consistently has this at $20 a gallon. Warm deal.

Yes it still has zinc. Contains about 1500 PPM in it's current form. This oil is great for all those Subaru EJ turbocharged engines. It's also significantly more than Motul Xcess 5w40 which is supposedly a more premium oil. Both oils I sent out for a virgin sample to get a baseline im confident in Rotella T6. it just gets annoying to buy two just to fill my car since it's only 1 gal containers.

in my past experiences, mobile 1 and shell both accepted amazon in my rebate even though it wasnt on their valid retailer list. dont trust this as an official statement. but also, dont write off this deal based on amazon not being on the list.
