Bought this set last year - here's my unbiased review:
PROS:
1) inexpensive
2) Nonstick aluminum coating is AWESOME. Easily cleans up better than any pot/pan set I've had.
CONS:
1) Nonstick coating scratches way too easy. If you stack your pots and pans on top of each other (like I do in my cabinet to save space), then expect scratches on the coating SOON & OFTEN. As great as the nonstick coating works for food cleanup, it's cheaply made for longevity.
2) skillet pans have a tiny cooking surface due to curvature of the pan.

NET-NET: As much as I hate cleaning dishes and love the easy cleanup on these pots/pans, they're cheaply made and won't last long. So if you want an inexpensive set to last 2-3 years, this is prefect for you. Want a cookware set to last longer, spend the extra money and buy something else.

Aluminum is also the primary ingredient in antiperspirants (deodorants). I did some research on metals in college and while their is a correlation in cancer and their use it's too small to make a difference.

Like radiation can cause cancer. Pilots get exposed to a lot more radiation than normal people but 10 times .001 is still pretty much nothing.

For those who worry about aluminum so much, stop drinking soft drinks. Diabetes will kill you faster than the aluminum cans it served in.

How sturdy are the utensils ? Are they hard enough?

I would prefer hard Anodised coating rather than this aluminium for long life.

put something in between the pans when you set them on each other... even just a paper towel (the make little felt pieces for that too). It's not rocket science... greatly extends their life.

That's nice and all - but all these comments about aluminum and these pans are useless, these are NONSTICK pans - covering the aluminum, therefore you're not exposed to any aluminum unless you scratch them. A
