This is my first post, so be gentle.

I'm a Fantasy Football junkie, and I spent most of last Sunday trying to figure out how to get a deal on NFL RedZone. I finally found out in evening.

You can get RZ channel for $40/season on NFL.com.

For reasons I don't understand, they're not realize publicizing it.

Here's what you do need: (1) download the NFL.com App in your phone, (2) set up a free NFL.com account, which I did through the website not App.

After you've done that, log into the NFL app on your phone, and click on "More" in the bottom right, then the gear in the top right. Scroll down and you should see "NFL Red Zone" and click on Access.

Here's where it gets tricky: You have the option of selecting a cable provider, but skip that and scroll down below that, where you'll have the option of signing up via NFL.com.

Since I am a cable-cord cutter, I didn't want to pay $60 to $80 per month for a bunch of channels I did not need. I just want RZ. This was my solution, and I think it's a slick deal compared to other RZ alternatives.

No. This is a mobile only(only can watch on phones not even tablets) plan if I remember correctly.

Seeing $34.99 on the app. Would this let me watch on TV? Airplay? Or is it just thru the app?

NFL Sunday ticket is only like 80 bucks for students (don't even have to be a real student, can literally pick one of your friends on Facebook in college or even a player on some random college team and use their name and school), and you get every NFL game, redzone, and the fantasy channel for the whole regular season

Look up student discount for nfl Sunday ticket. Probably the better deal

or use the old acer R11 chromebook trick. NFL app runs on it and HDMI out to 4K TV.

So, this is for watching touchdowns only right? Not the full live games?

Kinda. They tune to whatever game has a team currently in the red zone, or close enough. They will show ALL touchdowns regardless even if you don't see them live
