Just need to vent a bit before going on with the rest of my day...

So I purchased a set of Michelin tires from Sam's back in early June. Had them installed with no issues. I knew I needed a tire rotation so I went to Sam's to schedule and take advantage of the free rotation. Guy tells me they have an 8 AM appt on 9/13/19...and I said that's fine. I go there this morning...walk into the store...and the lady in the tire center takes my information, scans my card, and proceeds to tell me they can't rotate my tires since I'm not a Sam's Plus member but I can upgrade right there on the spot for $50. I said no, and asked why the guy scheduled me for this time without even asking if I was a Plus member? She just shrugs her shoulders and says she can't help me. Well, there was a waste of my time and gas. I'll just go to a local tire shop and get the tires rotated there. Sam's offers all these "free services" but makes you jump through so many hoops to get them.
