Sears Craftsman 6pc ratcheting wrenches set SAE or Metric $13.94

https://www.sears.com/craftsman-6...ckType=G20

https://www.sears.com/craftsman-6...ckType=G22

These fit in that 12 slot wrench pouch that's on sale

Apologize if these were posted but I didn't see them in any of the other Sears tools deals

Gotta love how they put things on sale at a great price -- and then make them ineligible for free shipping. That's been the case with most of the hand tools posted this week Frown

The really good deal is if you still have a Sears or Kmart for pickup. Though I ended up going there twice in two days because of this darn sale already so the merchandise pickup people are probably wondering why I keep going back.

Ive been lucky enough to pick up a lot of the stuff near me, the only sears or kmart. Craftsman is/was probably the best brand for DIYers. It will be missed. The Black&Decker stuff aint the same quality as original craftsman.

Is this good price/quality? or to be safe better to buy from HF, hoping hf will be around longer than sears?

does it come in metric?

First link is standard, second link is metric if I pasted them right, quality seems good for the price. I mean the 7pc sets are $25 at Harbor Freight. So even though this is 6pc it's still $11 cheaper for each. With the app coupon I got the metric, standard and the wrench roll for $26.

How does lifetime? warranty work? What happens when sears goes belly up?

Can't comment as I have a nearby Sears still and haven't had to exchange much in the way of tools. Most frequently it's the ratchets that break but I have better feeling ones so I don't use them. Some people had success at Lowe's others didn't. Now I know when someone contacted Kenmore during the bankruptcy money was set aside for the warranty in accordance with the courts.

This is for the 3 cities in the country where there is still an operating Sears store.
The rest of us, it's just a waste of time.
Can we do a negative-filter on Deal Alerts? I could never figure out how.
I'm sorry Sears is gone (well, going.. going...), I have fond memories of it, and Montgomery Ward too, but no time to waste with deals that we can't get in most of the country.

I did the same thing and the people working at sears were lost on the pricing I was showing them but they did honor it!
